(We thought of ourselves as the "buyers from hell)," but not Tom. He would say "I don't think of you that way. We'll find you the perfect place." He always went the extra mile, personally taking many detailed pictures of places and giving us far more information about places than was in the listing to save us from having to make an extra trip to Tucson. When we finally found the perfect place, Tom was extremely efficient during the escrow process, touching base with us frequently, and he was very thorough with inspections. Even after we closed, he called to see how we were doing and to see if we needed any referrals for people to do work. He is a gem!
